My name is Mônica Palma. I’ve been a pharmacist for 25 years and, above all, I’m passionate about caring for people. Throughout two and a half decades in the healthcare sector, I’ve realized how challenging it can be to deal with medical issues when you’re traveling or living abroad
I understand that well-being goes far beyond a prescription and medication; it’s about safety, support, and above all, trust. I founded Palma Health Concierge with a clear purpose: to redefine the experience of living and traveling after age 65.
My commitment, as a Health Concierge, will be to combine my professional experience and clinical knowledge with a human and welcoming approach, ensuring that language or bureaucratic barriers disappear and that each person feels supported, safe, and understood during their stay in Portugal, regardless of their health condition.
